My $500 Steam Deck died with a widely reported defect after light use just outside warranty. Support won't escalate, just offers $200 repair. Feels like a systemic QA failure. Support ticket HT-HQPQ-H33R-34DP. @ondecky.bsky.social @valvesoftware.com ... is this really how you treat customers??!
