We have to decouple private equity from housing. Building more means nothing if they buy up the buildings and keep them empty to just to artificially inflate the prices.

When we've seen extreme anti-trans rhetoric coming from our elected leaders, it's no wonder this number has dropped.
This isn't because "woke is dead" or whatever stupid thing the Right is claiming, it's because trans kids are terrified of coming out given the political climate.
