Really would be great if more journalists started talking about his dramatic pivot after he got a huge payoff from Jeff Yass, and how likely it is that he’s been getting money from autocratic governments that he suddenly loves and doesn’t tariff as much as our allies.

The only entity “controlled by China, or other foreign or domestic companies” is the guy pushing tariffs.

It's interesting that the MAGA baboons who scream bloody murder at any mention of a tax increase are cheering for this, almost as if they have no fucking idea what a tariff is. Trump is probably hoping he can use the money in some sort of slush fund for Putin and the Saudis.
