Today is unwrapping day so here's the pixel-friendly unwrapping script I use. It works similar to a potato. A couple of artists found it pretty helpful.
I'm not actively working on it though, unless someone suddenly hires me to do 3d like that at scale.

For the curious, this is how the movement looks when transitions are slowed down to 3 secs (originally 0.1 sec). Looks pretty weird but tricks the brain when done quick. (Borrowed the idea from Lands of Lore)
