Tonight's electoral victories, especially the margins they are coming in at, are some of the best news of the entire year and seem to reflect a broader sentiment even outside those areas.

However, I have to wonder where the hell this was a year ago? None of what is happening should be a surprise.

A reminder that we should all hold our 'hot takes' on days like this till we have full information on motives, politics, etc.

Politicizing every shooting or terror act from the get-go is reckless and dumb.

My 2016 primary vote
Elizabeth Warren on people who say Dems needs to tone down their rhetoric: "Oh, please. Why don't you start with the president of the United States? And every ugly meme he's posted and every ugly word."

Yesterday the President of the United States complained that "...they say if a man has a little fight with with the wife 'this is a crime scene'" and IT DIDN'T EVEN REGISTER THE LIST OF BAD SHIT ASSOCIATED WITH HIM FOR THE DAY.

Don't let Joni Ernst declining to run for reelection distract you from the fact that she is still a piece of shit.

OH MY GOD WEALTHY NEW YORKERS PAY FIFTEEN WHOLE PERCENT OF THEIR INCOME TO TAXES???!! HOW CAN THEY AFFORD TO BE RICH??

Get the fuck out of here with that nonsense and your fear mongering.
ELIZABETH WARREN: What Zohran is saying is 'I want people to be able to afford to live in NYC'

FABER: But raising taxes in order to do it?

WARREN: Oh my goodness! Oh dear! Are you worried that billionaires are going to go hungry?

Great. We all agree. So what are they going to do about it?

I asked this same question of lawyers at firms that capitulated —ironically when I was interviewed by 60 Minutes.

When democracy is at stake, don’t tell me how you feel. I don’t care what you think. Tell us what you will do.
CBS staff isn't buying Paramount's claim that Stephen Colbert's cancelation was a "financial decision" and had nothing to do with "other matters."
