I know I’m sliding back into old habits when I feel like I have to perform for someone to like me. Building a connection shouldn’t require me to perform labor/entertain to pique someone’s interest. I should be accepted for who I am, not what I can do.

I worked full time, went to school full time partially in person and online to finish my bachelors. Then part time work and full time school when I finished my masters degree. It was a hard and took a toll on my mental health. If you can afford to quit and finish school full time I say do that.

Instead of going back to sleep like I usually do after the kids get on the bus, I got on my rowing machine, did squats and pushups before work. I feel like I have enough energy to beat everybody ass in here. Once again, I hate when science is right. Lmao I gotta start working out every morning.
