I’m feeling someone tired of the barrage of social media.

I find it ironic how often we’re talking about “noise”, while out of time for topics with leverage.

My best managers regularly moved standing meetings to accommodate more important activities.

Discernment of what gets airtime is a rare skill.

What if teamwork is multiplicative, not additive?

Instead of 2+2+2+2
It’s 2x2x2x2

It's not the sum of the parts but the product of their interactions.

Two effects from this:

1. Stars have less effect without a balanced team.

2. any destructive person means x0.2 across everyone else.

Working together amplifies everyone’s work.

Its the opposite of a zero-sum game.

You don’t need to “beat the competition”.
Nothing needs to be crushed or dominated.

Enjoy the run together.

Hope more people realize this.
