DoJ's cases against Comey & Letitia James have been dismissed w/o prejudice.
Attempt to install Judge Halligan was invalid and, as so, she had no authority to bring charges.
DoJ now has to choose from:
A) Appeal this ruling
B) Refile with a different DA within 6 months
C) Dismiss
