Yea so I wanted this day off because I’m otherwise going to be going 7 days in a row, I’m still recovering from my intestines disintegrating and steroids, I am never listening to my parents again about work related decisions

I always forget I have thalassophobia because of how much water is just not a part of my life now. I don’t even swim in pools because even the concept of a “deep end” gives me a pit in my stomach even if it’s like 6ft lol. Hm maybe I should discuss this with my therapist actually

I do think people mix up Kurogiri and Mr. Compress’s methods of speech. Mr. Compress’s speech is old man LARPing, Kurogiri’s speech is sucking up to a corporate superior in an email

Apparently pseudoephedrine helps with barometric pressure migraines because the migraine is triggered by the sinuses. Idk, but I still have prescription cough syrup so I’ll report back

New theory: tumblr’s top ships are more diverse on average because tumblr as a whole skews older. But it misses the younger fandom, which have more time and energy to write fanfic. Younger fandom is on TikTok primarily and their internal biases are less likely to be sorted through
I earnestly think that post-voltron tumblr’s ship ranks are a more accurate reading of actual popularity in ships tbh. Fanfic is its own ecosystem, if you take out the visual part of fandom then you lose a lot of information. It would be interesting to combine the metrics somehow though

I saw a video of a woman who recorded her appointment and spent the whole time having her chest pains dismissed as being her ADHD and I couldn’t even watch the whole thing, it gave me flashbacks to how all my POTS symptoms were called anxiety, and autoimmune fevers called psychosomatic

Gay Kurogiri/Shirakumo is probably the bravest most based headcanon of all time if I’m being honest. Given that he’s constantly facing cishet allegations, plus people get real weird about gay/lesbian hcs if the character expresses attraction to opposite gender in canon

Being self taught means not known what vector files are until you’re almost 25, and now that you understand through a college course what they are, you start crying because you really should’ve been making merch designs as vector files this entire time
