We deserve so much better than the Dems we have. I'm so sorry we have to drag them kicking and screaming to do literally anything. But remember: two weeks ago Senate Dems were gonna let DHS be fully funded no problem. Now the whole country is talking dismantle ICE and DHS and fire Kristi Noem.

@schumer.senate.gov + Senate Dems just decided to give away the only leverage they had. We know now that Dems think so little of their own voters that they tried to play us. We have no opposition party to fascism in Congress. We wouldnt have blamed them for a shutdown but we will never forget this.
