Electrical and insulation are in. Drywall starts tomorrow. They still have to run the electrical to the actual studio but all the sockets, switches, and junction boxes are in place. Getting there!

In Minnesota, drivers are required to stop for pedestrians at BOTH marked and unmarked crosswalks. Here I am at one of my least favorite streets, 50th, at one of my least favorite intersections, 50th and Aldrich. Let's see how long it takes for someone to follow the law.

We are behind Gizmo the orange Maine Coon cat as he loafs on the back of the sofa on a grey throw. He’s looking left and from this angle at the back we see mostly orange fur stretching up to his head which as always has lovely long white whiskers and big pointy ears with orange tips. In the background is a large Christmas tree which stretches to the white ceiling. The tree is covered in coloured lights, making a very festive scene! To the right of the tree is a window where a reflection of the lights plus some outdoor lights can be seen.
