This will indeed be a landmark legal case. Yesterday NY Times filed a lawsuit against Open AI for copyright infringement, i.e. when ChatGPT reproduces vast chunks of NYT articles in its output
the fact that basically every AI model has just been ignoring the fact that copyright exists for literally everything that isn't explicitly open access is insane. https://www.npr.org/2023/08/16/1194202562/new-york-times-considers-legal-action-against-openai-as-copyright-tensions-swirl

Social media posts are not enough to truly engage your audience.

Nor are blog posts, newsletters and articles.

5 questions to ask if you're a marketer:

1. Are you approaching every day as if it's day one?
2. Are you pursuing a growth mindset?
3. Are you focused on the new?
4. What does your company stand for?
5. Are you comfortable being uncomfortable?

👉 We're entering a new era of advertising.

We've had:
📺 The broadcast era: mass advertising

📍 The precision era: programmatic ads

There are 3 new marketing realities:

🫂 The personal brand is the brand. How does your company show its humanity?

🗣️ The customer is the marketer. How can you help them tell your story?

♥ Emotional connection is about human stories, not product attributes.
