Tullahoma and Manchester have been on emergency water supplies in local water tanks for the past few hrs while the Duck River Utilities repaired a leak that took hrs longer than planned. That is now seemingly fixed and they are pressurizing the lines, per FB posts from the TUA and Manchester Times.

Aftyn Behn is going to fall a little short here but the shift from 2024 in today's election in central Tennessee is looking like ~15 or so points to the left.

The big surprise to me is total turnout, specials normally are very low turnout but this may have more voters than the '22 midterm in TN-07

That was not PI, but it looked like Dallas was being held while trying to run a route. So there was a penalty on the Lions secondary, just not what they called.
