Brought my rollator into the kitchen to sit on while wiping off mushrooms and using the chopper to chop shallots. I think that helped me not get as tired as quickly. Ill feel the full effects tomorrow tho (probably).

Loved Frankenstein from Guillermo Del Toro. I have only seen Jacob Elordi in Euphoria so I was weary of him playing the monster but he did a really good job.

I read that you're not supposed to wash mushrooms with water bc they absorb the water and become soggy. I dont feel like theyre clean unless I do. The recipe says to wipe with a paper towel.

I wish I was abled bodied and able to work so I could've moved into my dad's grandparents' old house and fixed it up. It needed A LOT of help so I couldnt have it. Like, the whole house was leaning. It had character tho. We only saw it bc he wanted to see it.
