A bottle of white wine and a rough flight one hour in and I’ll tell you that Mission Impossible: the Final Reckoning is the best movie ever made. I have no idea what’s happening but I feel it. It’s the most impressionistic big budget action movie I’ve ever seen and Hayley Atwell is a star.

Truly sorry to hear about the passing of Peter David. His work and voice was formative to my own, and I was fortunate enough to have met him and work with him somewhat on an X-Men crossover back in the day. One of the greats.
