It would seem as if THE BOOK OF ACCIDENTS is a mere one-ninety-nine from your favorite electronic book-o-matic website, so if you like haunted houses, creepy coal mines, disappearing serial killers, weird owls, and the problem of generational trauma, then this might just be the book for you.

Can I come on your podcast to talk about my forthcoming dark comedy book, Daddy’s Boy?

It’s Shameless meets Guy Ritchie’s The Gentlemen with the incompetence of The Hangover.

@davidmoody.bsky.social calls it “a wild, no-holds-barred, unpredictably violent family comedy”.

Get in touch.

He had the uncanny ability to unsettle you with a single shot, or a single phrase. The scenes of the curtain blowing in Blue Velvet made me nearly as uneasy as the rest of the film, and I could never tell you why. Maybe David Lynch couldn’t either, but he knew they needed to be there.

Words to live by. Exorcize those demons by inflicting them on some other poor, hapless schmuck.
Here’s how you write: think about the worst thoughts you’ve ever had, the most embarrassing things to ever happen to you, the dumbest shit you’ve ever done—now go make some weird freak relive those experiences.
