I really hope we will see the day where there is a mass disbarment of Trump and his cronies' lawyers again. This isn't even based on law. You can't send a cease and desist letter to somebody who's not breaking the law or doing something unlawful.

this is why I always wake up in the middle of my surgeries to encourage the doctors to hurry it along
Blue Cross Blue Shield in Connecticut, New York and Missouri has declared it will no longer pay for anesthesia for the full length of some surgeries.
It the procedure goes over a certain time, anesthesia will not be covered for the duration.
