🏺 Great visit yesterday to St Fagan's Amgueddfa Cymru /Museum of Wales.
Inventive themed galleries, including a close encounter with Pontnewydd #Neanderthals of 270,000 years ago.

Is singing therapy a thing? When I have the urge there’s nothing greater than singing out my trauma, but I always am surprised by the things I sing when I let the stream of consciousness flow. It feels like so much is revealed. Can anyone relate, or is this a me thing?
