At the busiest point of 132 Ave between 66–97 St counted in 2022, there was an avg of 2 cars/minute in each direction.

During 8am peak time, there was an avg of 8 cars/minute in each direction.

It has the same right-of-way width as Yellowhead.

2. Is “disagreement” to be read as meaning *any* disagreement, or disagreement in an area in which both parties to the disagreement have, or arguably have, some jurisdiction? Because City Council indisputably has the authority to appoint commissioners, and the EPS indisputably has no role in it.
