Red Scares and anti-communist demagogues have driven our political history into some dark places for well over a century. We're headed for even worse if we fail learn how redbaiting works through a larger context. Here's my longest ever episode explaining that history: youtu.be/5fYbXCAQORE

How did we get to a place where Facebook and “X” could do so much harm?

And can new social media like Bluesky avoid the pitfalls that got us here?

I tackle those questions in my latest.

I have previously mentioned how much I heard "Walking on Broken Glass" by Annie Lennox in Ireland.

I would like to add "Everybody Wants to Rule the World" by Tears for Fears in Christchurch, NZ to the list from my last holiday in February. Multiple times, every day, even live covers. Loved it!

Absolutely still buzzing from the Tottenham Hotspur match. COYS!

Oh, and I'm seeing JOSIE AND THE PUSSYCATS on a big screen today. Best. Day. Ever.

I have heard Annie Lennox's "Walking on Broken Glass" so many times in Ireland, particularly in taxis. This is a GOOD thing.

Someone left the backdoor open and I wandered in. Hope it's cool with all of you?
