Photo our deer feeder and of a raccoon sitting on one of the food delivery pans and is looking around as I just called to it. The small pan is full of deer corn. The raccoon is eating corn and the proof is the snout. It’s full of corn as the feeder is full.

A great blue heron fishes in a pocket of open water surrounded by ice during the last winter light in Longmont, Colorado. In this vertical color photograph, the heron stands nearly chest-deep in a small opening in the frozen pond near the shore, shown in right-side profile. It moves slowly forward, leaning its weight onto its left leg. Its neck is stretched out and its head slightly bent, eyes laser-focused on a fish below the surface. The final rays of sunlight illuminate the front of the heron, while both the foreground and background are frozen solid. Moments after this image was captured, the heron thrust its head underwater and caught a fish.

I don’t sell a lot of prints, so I was excited to get an email from someone wanting to buy one. I asked for a screenshot of the photo she wanted. Turns out it was taken by another photographer named Chris Henry who has over a million followers on instagram. Now I feel like the wrong Ansel Adams.
