This morning, I spoke to Rob Dunger on Suffolk Sound about Ipswich's City of Culture bid.

This is for the whole of Ipswich, and we need to rally support with a month to go.

Please go to www.ipswich2029.com, #BackTheBid and share it with everyone you know.

Farage should never be interviewed without being forced to answer for failures of Brexit. That the man whose lies fuelled Brexit vote which has cost UK Billions & who said Liz Truss budget was “best Tory budget since 1986” could be trusted on *anything* is mind-boggling #bbclaura

Not just the elderly! Several other reasons why some people are digitally excluded.
If you’ve ever helped an elderly neighbour navigate a banking app, call a helpline or read a tiny screen – you’ve witnessed digital exclusion first-hand. We must stop designing customer service systems that exclude.

Stay young – the online world isn’t designed for the old
Technology should empower, not exclude. For many, ageing means lost independence in a digital online world built without them in mind

We're facing a summer of traffic and tailbacks in Ipswich.

It didn't have to be like this, but the Suffolk Conservatives chose to block the Northern Bypass with no credible alternative.

Their 'do nothing' approach has led us to breaking point.

It's time to Back the Bypass and get Ipswich moving.

Despite Reform’s surge, the overall swing in local elections in the East of England region was toward the broad left. Don’t let the media noise fool you. The right didn’t advance - it fragmented. Here’s how ⤵️ | Stephen McNair

The right is not rising in the East
Reform may have seized the Conservatives’ mantle in the local elections, but this is not a rise of the right in the East

Years of inertia regarding the Orwell Bridge and a Northern Bypass is hurting both Ipswich and Suffolk.

That's why I'm urging the Government to elevate it out of the local political quagmire, and give it the attention it deserves by designating it as nationally significant infrastructure.
