Wonder why? Maybe they’re exhausted family caregivers who are behind at work (and worried they’ll lose their job if they don’t get caught up). So reading their bills (much less writing an appeal within the 30 day deadline) while caring for some is low on the to do list.

This year my wife spent a week hospitalized with a staph infection & my daughter had hip surgery to repair a torn labral. Both my denied as medically unnecessary
