Of all the surprise announcements I was (half) expecting today, a brand new Stargate show in the SG-1 continuity from the original creators was definitely not it.

But I'll absolutely take it.

I went to meet the 'Rockstar 31', the developers who were suddenly fired from their work on GTA 6 for what the studio has described as gross misconduct.

That's not what the workers call it though. They have another couple of words they prefer to use: union busting.

£350 for a Lego Enterprise-D?

I think that might be too much even for me.

Made the mistake of giving in to curiosity and went back to briefly check out Twitter again.

That place really is a cesspit now.

Silent Hill f is a visually stunning game, with some interesting themes hiding behind the 1960s rural Japan setting, marred by some questionable design choices and utterly dogshit combat that makes it one of the single most frustrating gaming experiences I've had in recent years.

4/10.

Grand Theft Auto 6 developer Rockstar Games has been accused of "blatant and ruthless" union busting after reportedly firing over 30 developers across the UK and Canada.

All affected workers were supposedly involved in trade union activity.

Take-Two states the firings were for "gross misconduct."

Man, this feels like when Sonic Adventure DX came out on GameCube back in the day.

It's not surprising, given the direction that Xbox has taken over the last year or so, but it really feels they've stopped trying now.
Master Chief comes to PlayStation.

So @retrogamermag.bsky.social featured the first game I am credited in this month. It was released in 2007.

Now I feel old.

This is why we were mad at people who bought the wizard game btw

If you love HP, that's fine. If you continue to buy HP products knowing that this hateful gremlin gets a cut and uses it to be a rich bigot, yeah. Not fine.
It cannot be made clearer.

If you continue to support the Harry Potter franchise in any way, you are directly funding the removal of trans people's human rights in the UK.

New update announced:
