I feel like I’ve awoken from a dream. These last few months feel like they’ve been a blur. I’ve come to terms with a lot of childhood abuse and trauma, my mental and physical disabilities, and my current situation. It’s been a lot to go through but I think I’m finally done drowning.

I’m very disabled and lately it’s been really affects my mental health but I feel like I’m just a martyr if I talk or complain about it. I know it’s a trauma response but lately it has just been very hard to remind myself and keep myself on track.
