How on earth can anyone/family afford that? And what a start in life to have that debt hanging round your neck. How are you expected to afford a mortgage?
A well educated population is of benefit to all, not just the person involved.

Labour’s recent hike to tuition fees in Wales "shows they can’t be trusted to protect free tuition fees for Scottish students" the SNP claims.
Tuition fees in Wales have been increased by Labour to £9,535 a year, matching the hike in England – with both now set to rise annually by inflation.

Talk about going for the low-hanging fruit 😡😡😡. Labour really desperate to get themselves kicked (sorry - voted) out of office soon as, aren't they?
Another day, another Labour attack on disabled people. The scheme is devolved in Scotland, the tax exemptions which Reeves is proposing to axe are not, but Scot Gov has not been consulted. Anything to avoid raising taxes on the wealthiest, eh?

Sounds like, at last, Trump,'s coat is on the proverbial "shooglie peg"??
Democrats just pulled off their biggest statehouse majority in almost 40 years — flipping 13 seats and proving that organizing, energy, and belief in people still matter.

Let any of the unionist parties gain control in Scotland and this is what you'll get (or WON'T get).
These unconscionable cuts to a vital lifeline fund for some of the most vulnerable children & young adults in England are staggering - a 60% reduction from £7.5K to just £3K per child & even worse - these changes were introduced by the government without consultation, warning and no evidence base
