My knee is pissed. It was worth it.
I started the first day of the year skating for the first time since my knee surgery back in June.
My stamina is shit and my knee is very angry, but it was great. I think the helmet camera recorded, if so I’ll have some clips of me skating and mumbling “well *that* hurts” a few times.
