I don't miss my mom or my dad necessarily, but I miss having those people I could go to when I had an adulting question or if I had a rough day someone I *knew* i could find and go to.

Story today about a 10 yrold boy crushed to death by his mother brought back a lot of childhood memories for me. Specifically, reading about the troubled adolescent and his demise, I thought back to when my own siblings would be underneath it my (nearly) 400 lb mother as CPS or the police arrived¹

About 3 years ago, one of my friends got me into a game called For Honor.
I really enjoyed the game. I liked the way the game looked and how the characters seemed diverse and that, despite my friend saying he played several years in the past, the game was continuing to see updates¹
