My biggest accomplishment this year was my weight loss. All year, I've been focused on eating better and building a relationship w/ exercise. Tbh, I wanted to have personal growth in general. I'm proud of my progress so far. Next year will be even better. What's your best achievement this year?

I went to the office today for the first time in months. There was so much "main character" energy in there that it reminded me of why I prefer to WFH. I don't understand why ppl compete in a workplace where everyone is literally on a non-competitive salary.

I've been working hard lately on creating a routine of self Care. I've discovered that I enjoy morning exercise best. It gives me so much power and mental clarity! This morning, I had the entire walking track to myself. So peaceful. I was able to get in 3.30 miles. 💪🏾🎯
