My life is the Gen X edition of finding balance between "doing that thing" and "resetting", and on both sides, I choose peace.
I think my biggest flex is the relationship that I have built w/exercise. I used to HATE intentional movement. When I first started exercising, it would take me 30 minutes to walk 1 mile. Today, I was able to walk/job 3.5 miles in a little over an hour.

I can't wait to see what next year brings.

My biggest accomplishment this year was my weight loss. All year, I've been focused on eating better and building a relationship w/ exercise. Tbh, I wanted to have personal growth in general. I'm proud of my progress so far. Next year will be even better. What's your best achievement this year?

Grand Rising, Skiettes! Started my day with a great workout. It feels so good to workout in the fresh air. Now I have to drag into Work. Hope you guys have a great day!

I've been working hard lately on creating a routine of self Care. I've discovered that I enjoy morning exercise best. It gives me so much power and mental clarity! This morning, I had the entire walking track to myself. So peaceful. I was able to get in 3.30 miles. 💪🏾🎯
