Chapter 4 of For Some Desperate Glory is up! In which Dick and Tim continue their investigation into Bruce's kidnapping:

Bruce takes a steady breath and accepts the call. “Hey, Tim,” he says as he unlocks his car. “I’m—” “Sorry,” a mechanized voice cuts in, and Bruce goes still, fingers curled around the driver door handle. “Tim’s not available right now.” -- Or: Instead of taking over the drug trade, Red Hood kidnaps Bruce Wayne.

It has been a while since I last made these lemon poppyseed scones, but they are just as tasty as I remember.
A cooling rack filled with small lemon poppyseed scones. The scones are a pale brown with black flecks. A lemon glaze was just drizzled over them, and the excess puddles on the parchment paper beneath the rack.

I have ruthlessly culled three years of AO3 subscription emails by asking myself the simple question, “Do you still remember what this fic was about?”

No? Then unsubscribe and delete the email instead of being paralyzed by guilt! Amazing. So much stress is gone now, and now I only have 17 emails.

It’s now cool enough that I’ve switched back to hot coffee (pour over) instead of iced (from concentrate), and I just remembered that I can add cinnamon and cardamom to it and life is wonderful. 😊
