I know I’m not saying anything that everybody doesn’t already agree with but I just have no interest in engaging with a creative project that used generative ai in any way, shape or form. I don’t want to spend my time on something that took soulless shortcuts in that way.

Okay, I just finished episode 8 of Pluribus, and to get into the most pressing issue, I do think Carol just did what Diabaté and the hive mind have done in that she's taken advantage of somebody's body without their consent. I think writers and actors will need to make that clear in season two.

This is heartbreaking news. I loved talking animation with him and moving from Twitter here to Bluesky. Its been a rough year and his last sentiments about the medium will stay with me. RIP Kyle.

I fear Pluribus has stumbled into an issue around the topic of consent they're not fully prepared to address and it's going to ruin the show for me if they brush past it.

Trying to embrace and even appreciate that feeling when the ideas aren't coming. Because without that it wouldn't feel as special as when a great idea hits or it starts flowing. But darn it if I don't fantasize about creation just being effortless.
