Update: Mario Guevara is still locked up and now has an immigration detainer on him even tho he was a legal resident in Atlanta. Lawyers say the local police had no basis to hold him, so ICE came in and are now trying to deport him. The arrest was caught live: www.facebook.com/share/v/16TU...
