Most of the internet used to be like this. This is actually the default, it took companies enclosing the internet and adding weird, soul-killing incentives to make people behave the way they do now. In a way, there is truly nothing special about Wikipedia except that it survived longer.

La France. Quand des procureurs requièrent une condamnation dans un dossier de corruption, une grande chaîne de télévision fait une émission pour se demander si les juges font de la politique, avec, pour en débattre, le fils du mis en cause qui est aussi le filleul du propriétaire de la chaîne.
