We have a fully funded and exciting opportunity for a PhD project led by @conradn.bsky.social and the Biofoundry group to advance synthetic genomics @earlhaminst.bsky.social
PHD: Building on recent research to develop the first "designer" eukaryotic chromosome, this fully-funded #PhDproject with @conradn.bsky.social and @cgrandel.bsky.social will clarify and test the design principles for stable maintenance of fully synthetic chromosomes.
