Following the recent Norstat poll, we decided to have a closer look at the new Edinburgh & East Lothians region & why they have the SNP only getting 5 FPTP seats, as well as no list seats.

We then worked out that it would take about 55k of the 105k voting SNP on the list to maximise the SGP vote & claim two additional seats to the one they are polling to get. So about 53% would need to switch to maximise the pro-indy vote.

We also calculated what the list seat allocation would be if 55,000 of the SNP2 vote went SGP2 instead.
The SGP would claim 3 list seats instead of 1, with the Lib Dems & RefUK losing one each.
Allocation: SGP 3, Lab 2, RefUK 2.
Voting #SNP1SGP2 NOT #BothVotesSNP keeps out more unionists.
