A world with accessible abortion and gender-affirming care is vital. Both are crucial for us to exercise our right to bodily autonomy, freedom, and self-expression. Restrictions harm our lives and reflect oppressive anti-abortion and anti-trans agendas.

Our namesake, the Cedar River, is one of many rivers in Washington state that has experienced flooding this past week. Our thoughts are with all those affected by these unprecedented and devastating floods. Currently, we remain open, but we will be closely monitoring the weather in the coming days.

We are loving reading Beyond Limits, a book all about the vulnerable and human aspects within third-trimester abortion care from a provider perspective! Thank you, @doctorshelleysella.bsky.social for writing this much needed book.
