Northwest Stream Center is an enjoyable visit. I love the little creek viewing tanks. They've still got living Christmas trees available, which can be returned and planted to support local watershed, plus they come with a membership to the center. #snohomishcounty

Normally I would have at least one good batch of each Christmas cookie recipe done by now, but my test batches have been garbage this year. The ube crinkles are finally done - didn't come out great, but I'm not remaking them again! And caramel latte shortbreads are done! #cookieparty

Thanksgiving bakes - pumpkin cinnamon rolls for breakfast, garlic dinner rolls, and apple pie. The teen helped with the rolls and pie, especially the decorations! One of the best Thanksgiving meals ever tbh.

I just checked, and after almost 20 years of paying student loans, we're finally under 100k in debt. Big thanks to Biden narrowly getting through the dismissal of a huge chunk of debt my spouse was saddled with from a school found guilty of fraud, elminating about 25k. 🎉

Every single ad I've ever seen for AI anything shows people I don't ever want to be like doing the dumbest, most mundane tasks that could have just as easily been accomplished without AI. It's because it's being crammed down our throats by these whackjobs.
