Apparently today we are making tonkatsu for dinner and katsu sauce from scratch.
Kiddo wants to make more recipes from their Japanese Soul Cooking book (by Tadashi Ono) that they got for xmas.
Gonna be making a LOT of dirty dishes today 😅😅

WTF was I thinking? I don’t wake up until 10-11am in the winter

After my next specialist appointment on the 20th, I should be able to shut up about my health (for a while)
He wants me to stop all antibiotics and decongestants until then. If everything remains ooze-free, then the infection in my skull is well and truly gone!
