3 years ago today, Riot Games offered me a job making more money than I ever thought I’d make in my life. I had 19 interviews over 2.5 months to get it. Partner and I were moving to LA for it. I put in notice at my job and apartment.

I feel like one of the significant flaws/paradoxes of our society is that the intelligent keep quiet and largely to themselves, and the stupid run their fucking mouths constantly, and have an intense interest in other people's business. It is bumming me out.

Proper joint placement and orientation is essential to good rigging. My joint guide system uses poly planes to help streamline this process, a relatively simple feature. These pieces of geometry are attached to each joint, stretch with their length and can be scaled up independently #rigtip
