I've bled internally.

As a teen, I fell onto a merry-go-round in the park. Got home, peed blood, then went to the ER. Appeared fine, but spent *3 DAYS* in the hospital, the first being "will he need surgery?" Luckily I didn't.

Highly suspicious story here.
