Trump just said that we in Canada have been treating the US very badly for a long time — thus the 35% tariffs. I thought we had together been a global model of what ‘neighbours’ sharing a border should be. He has disabled the relationship potentially beyond repair. Elbows up. 🇨🇦

Just wondering – do Americans understand how decades of trust & respect are now being irretrievably severed? We may be a lesser power in your eyes, and you may think our niceness quaint, but when we’re gone, you may realize too late our value. So sad. So unnecessary. Elbows up.

Great tips . For makeup I sent my favourite Bobby Brown colour palette to PureAnada and I now have lipstick, mascara, etc., that I like even better and are far more attractively priced. Elbows up!

To extend JD Vance‘s logic, is the official position now such that we might hear: The US is not at war with Canada, we’re at war with Canada‘s Arctic program’…or fill in the blank for Greenland or Panama or any other subject of Trump‘s unilateral desire.

I used to feel self- conscious for buying myself flowers for no reason at all. Now the reason is self evident. They make my day and remind me of my mother and her beautiful English garden.

This so reminds me of my grandfather’s home in the Canadian Prairies. We used to take the train to see him every summer when I was little — the skies and landscape seem so immense for this west coast city girl. Thanks for sparking memories!
