This post should have specified “a veteran” instead of simply “a man.”

Poor Bella. My dog is napping dreaming about the pizza crust she DID eat off the sidewalk this morning.
This is Bella. She's thinking about this morning when she could have eaten the pizza crust on the sidewalk but didn't. Was a good girl, but good for who? 13/10 (IG: buddy_bella_birdie)

This is going to be a very very very long four years.
Sen. Michael Bennet: "Did you know that the president's Middle East adviser was in Moscow on this thread while you were, as director of the CIA, participating in this thread, were you aware of that? Are you? Are you aware of that today?"

Ratcliffe: "I'm not aware of that."

By attacking science:

We are less safe because science informs national security and medical care.

We are less prosperous because science drives innovation and economic benefit.

We are less free because science and democracy depend on the liberty to ask questions, and seek and share knowledge.

He came into office five minutes ago and he’s already on vacation. But sure, continue firing thousands of federal employees because *they* are wasting tax dollars.

Yes, Elon just did a Nazi salute - no matter how much the media will try to gaslight us by calling it something else...It was absolutely a Nazi salute.

Good political analysts are invaluable to a campaign. You might be surprised at how poorly so many candidates understand the rhythms and mechanisms of electoral politics. Many just say what they’re told to say, shake a lot of hands, kiss party leaders’ asses, and hope for the best.

Right??? Curious how the election wasn’t about the price of eggs after all.
Weird how gas and egg prices are no longer a problem.

….who believes a worm crawled inside his brain and died there. Which makes you wonder if it’s still in there? Did he try to have it surgically removed? So many questions.
There's a bizarre and ongoing mainstream effort to launder RFK Jr into someone who just wants to get Americans eating nutritious food and exercising again but that is not evidenced anywhere in his public statements or career in public life.

He is a liar and conspiracist.
December 13, 2024 at 7:29 PM
Yep, it wasn’t about the price of eggs after all.
I keep thinking about those paycheck to paycheck “price of eggs” Trump voters who picked a billionaire to appoint other billionaires who are going to make their food less safe & more costly, their medication harder to get, their overtime nonexistent and their healthcare coverage a thing of the past.

One of the things I still don’t understand is how these tech bros can be pro-technology and anti science.

Misogyny. There, do I win a prize?
Some of the same people who want to ban library books and drag shows seem perfectly fine with sexual predators serving in the cabinet. Make that make sense.

Now that the election is done, turns out it wasn’t about the price of eggs.

I get the legal argument, and I am not one to tell others what to spend their money on. But imagine caring this much about a friggin purse that has cheap dupes everywhere.
Two California residents on Tuesday filed a proposed class action lawsuit against Hermès, accusing the company of holding back the coveted Birkin bag for all but the highest-spending customers. The practice, the plaintiffs argue, violates antitrust law.
They Failed in Their Quests to Buy Birkin Bags. So They Sued.
But fans of the famed Hermès accessory say that the exclusivity is the whole point.
