Something an artist said in a youtube video about "tricking the eye" has made me realize that most 'realistic' art must be about tricking the eye to fire the imagination.
It's not so much about the external vision as inner vision. Both for the artist and the viewer. The inner eye.

Trying to buy some printed canvas art on #Etsy and most of the shops seem to be in Turkey. They even use the same phrases in their messages. Is it all one big company?
Seller seemed to get my address wrong and I've had endless trouble with FedEx.

So I think it's time to announce that I'll be out of the job soon. I've been working as a storyboard artist for the last 4 years and now AI has been putting us out of work. It's scary times and the industry isn't giving me much confidence but I'm ready to find out what the future looks like.

Been watching a fair bit of streaming lately. I always feel sad when I've finished a series. I'll miss the characters and their world, and have to go back to my limited reality.
Primes pisses me off. The minute I show any interest in a movie or show, they put up a pay wall
