GOP Rep. Thomas Massie and Democratic Rep. Ro Khanna plan to draft articles of impeachment against AG Pam Bondi over the DOJ’s failure to release all Epstein files as required by law.

If it wasn't apparent before, the extent to which the Epstein file release has been redacted by Trump's lackeys makes very clear that the convicted felon and adjudicated rapist does, indeed have a whole lot to hide.

If evidence has been destroyed, juries are instructed that they can assume that evidence would have shown the defendant's guilt.
The Trump administration releasing only a portion of the Epstein files, and blacking out so much text in the files they did release, is clear evidence of Trump's guilt.

Trump once called for Russia to illegally release Hillary’s emails. I call for America to legally release the full Epstein files.

I trust major news organizations, members of Congress, and public interest groups are publicizing their secure tip lines so DOJ and FBI employees with knowledge of political interference in the Epstein files review process, can explain safely and confidentially what they saw.

We must operate under the assumption that EVERY redaction is a detailed account of Trump raping children. It's the only reasonable conclusion until he proves otherwise.

What do these corporations all have in common?

-Lockheed Martin
-Palantir
-Microsoft
-Amazon
-Comcast
-Google
-Apple
-Meta
-HP
-Nvidia
-T-Mobile

They all have lucrative government contracts — and they're all donors to Trump's $400M ballroom.

Fudali: This is what we call in the civil litigation world a document dump, where you hide things in plain sight by throwing out a massive volume of documents with zero context, no order, no rhyme or reason, and then force the people who actually want information to dig through it.

WOW: The DOJ has DELETED an image from its release of the Epstein files that shows photos of Trump in a drawer.

Yesterday, we noted that this image — file 468 — likely slipped through the cracks while officials were attempting to hide materials pertaining to Trump.

Now, it’s gone.

The White House has been caught.

The administration inserted a photo of Bill Clinton, Michael Jackson, and Diana Ross into the Epstein files and falsely implied it showed them with victims.

In reality, it’s a publicly available fundraiser photo featuring Jackson and Ross’s own children.

So, Congress passes a law requiring the release of ALL the Trumpstein files. Any redactions to protect ONLY the victims

Trump DOJ releases a highly redacted and incomplete batch after working on them for months, citing various lame excuses for their non-compliance

This is what a coverup looks like

WOW: Fox News reports that the DOJ used the same redaction standards for “politically exposed individuals and government officials” as it did for victims.

In light of the Epstein Blackout, shouldn’t Khanna and Massie demand Johnson call the House back into session? (If he won’t, can they somehow hijack the pro forma session scheduled for Tuesday Dec. 23?) And Senators should make a similar demand of Thune.

Khanna: Congress is talking about possible impeachment. They're talking about inherent contempt for the attorney general or deputy attorney general—any justice department official who has obstructed justice could face prosecution in this administration or a future administration.
