A dark money group is not required to disclose its donors, which is why we don't know who funds The Sixteen Thirty Fund. By contrast, the Omidyar Network publicly discloses its grants and funding sources. It is not a dark money group. Here's more on Sixteen Thirty
Liberal 'dark-money' behemoth funneled more than $400M in 2020
The Sixteen Thirty Fund sent the cash to groups that aided Democrats' efforts to unseat then-President Donald Trump and Republicans' Senate majority.

Some landlords are engaging in questionable and/or illegal behaviour on places like reddit and facebook groups.

“If you’re on a forum, and everyone’s saying they’re pushing out their sitting tenants and this is how they do it … then that illegal activity … seems like standard business practice.”
Competition Bureau warns Canadian landlords and property managers about illegal discussions on rents
Some may be engaging with competitors on issues like rental prices, lease terms and availability through social media, Bureau says. Read on.

Every single person should be made to watch this. Remember when we cared for each other and it seemed like life was changing for the better, despite covid... watch this and find out what happened.
I made a long video about the "someone's got to do it" memes, where they came from, what they're really saying, and what these posts reveal about collective trauma, political cynicism, our decaying faith in democratic institutions and so so much more. www.youtube.com/watch?v=zXrj...

Telling people who are covid cautious (or high risk) to “just stay home” is completely unacceptable in 2025.

We know how to control the spread. We know that respirators are incredibly effective. That clean air in schools & masking in healthcare would reduce community spread.

We CAN turn the tide.

More than 500,000 people sign petition after ‘powerful sonic impact’ allegedly directed towards rally in Belgrade More than half a million people have signed an online petition calling for an independent investigation into whether security forces in Serbia used a sonic weapon – what the petition described as a “sound cannon” – during Saturday’s huge anti-corruption rally. Days after as many as 325,000 people took to the streets of Belgrade, rights groups and opposition parties continue to allege that protesters were targeted with some sort of auditory device that briefly sowed panic and left some with symptoms that lingered long after the rally.
