That we are even having a discussion about "the horror" of drivers being slightly inconvenienced in order to prevent them from turning us into greasy smears in the road is offensive.

This wasn't the outcome of some tiredly superfluous "purdy plz obey teh lawz" awareness campaign. This was the direct result of being bold enough to hold drivers slightly accountable.

I'm 1 of 2 individuals at my place of employment who aren't gratuitously late every week. We also happen to be the only 2 people who don't drive to work, with their commute consisting of a combination of public transit and pedal bike, and mine being 100% bike or e-bike.

Probably just a coincidence.
