I can’t believe the American 🇺🇸 military went along with that Venezuelan operation, every member involved is a disgrace and should be brought to justice after Trump leaves, if he ever does. The hardware is not capable of consciousness.
Semiconductors do not create a central nervous system capable of sentience.
The algorithm is merely working as intended to satisfy the user.
