The most damning part: The car was programmed to send all the information to Tesla then delete the local copies. Which speaks to a clear conspiracy to hide the fact that "driver assistance" features contributed to an accident #teslatakedown electrek.co/2025/08/04/t...

People who entered the US legally and have no criminal charges are being held in the Everglades camp, according to records obtained by the Miami Herald. Maybe that’s why the government won’t release the names of those being detained. www.miamiherald.com/news/local/i...

Descriptions of the Everglades detention center as a place for violent criminals tell only part of the story.

I rarely post personal things. But I need to talk about my 4-year-old niece, Hope.

She has a rare disease. A drug called elamipretide has helped her survive.

But the FDA recently denied its approval.

Now, her health hangs in the balance.

Please share her story & urge the FDA to reconsider. 🧵

This is Hope.

Hope was born with an ultra-rare genetic disorder called MLS syndrome.

She is deaf and blind.

She also has a heart condition called cardiomyopathy, which makes it difficult for her heart to pump blood.

Elamipretide is not a cure. But for Hope, it was life-changing.

Her heart function stabilized and her quality-of-life dramatically improved.

She went from sleeping 17 hours per day...to running, dancing, and playing like any other 4-year-old.

Sarah Stillman investigates a widespread crisis of deaths by starvation in America’s county jails. Most of the victims she identified had been arrested in the midst of a mental-health crisis, often on petty charges tied to their psychiatric distress.

MAKE NOISE ON THIS ONE‼️

They didn’t just deport him—they sent him to CECOT in El Salvador.

Agelviz came here legally through the refugee resettlement program—fully vetted. But when he landed in Houston, CBP snatched him over a tattoo: a clock and a rose.

No charges. No record. Just a suspicion.

Cato has published my comprehensive review of the ~240 Venezuelans the US government renditioned 2 months ago to Salvador’s notorious prison. We identified FIFTY who came legally, never violated any immigration law, but are imprisoned at the US government’s request and at US taxpayer expense.

Trump's admissions wreck his own arguments for refusing to bring Abrego Garcia back. Trump has now conceded that he can direct Bukele to release him, and that he always has the option of retrying him for deportation lawfully. So why not do it then?

Now that Trump has openly admitted he could bring back Abrego Garcia whenever he wants, his lawyer tells me he will use discovery to determine which officials are advising Trump to defy the Supreme Court.

New piece from me with lots of fresh reporting on this case:

How Trump Accidentally Sabotaged His Own Case Against Abrego Garcia
Trump has now admitted twice that he could bring Kilmar Abrego Garcia home, but says his lawyers are telling him not to. This was a very dumb move—and also a very revealing one.
