I take song/movie titles and apply them to real life scenarios. One of my favorites is “you should listen to “You Can’t Always Get What You Want””. This morning as I prepped the coffee grinder I prepared my wife, who has noise sensitivity, by saying “there’s a documentary called It Might Get Loud”.

I was inspired to revisit The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou soundtrack. It slaps, but it dawned on me that Seu Jorge and Wes Anderson were basically my introduction to David Bowie, and my obsession with him and his music for the past 20 years. To Seu and Wes, thank you for broadening my horizons.

I hope Josh knows there’s money to be made by opening up the #Disney/Fox catalogue even more on #PhysicalMedia, and it won’t detract from D+ subscribers. If they don’t want to produce the discs themselves, there’s plenty of boutique labels who would happily pay licenses for access to the catalogue.
